1. Shipping information
Peptides Labs ships orders from the Netherlands to countries within the European Union.
Indicative delivery times:
- Netherlands & Belgium: 1–2 working days
- Germany, France, Luxembourg, Austria: 2–4 working days
- Spain, Italy, Portugal: 3–6 working days
- Scandinavia (Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway): 4–7 working days
- Other European countries: 5–10 working days

2. Shipping outside the EU
For shipments to countries outside the European Union, import duties, VAT, or other charges may apply. More information can be found in the Help Center.
3. Shipping costs and track & trace
Shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout.

4. Risk and transfer
The risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer at the moment the order is handed over to the carrier.

5. Inspection upon receipt

7. Right of withdrawal and return conditions
Cancellation is possible within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In its original sealed condition
