All orders are shipped in secure and discreet packaging. No product details or brand references are visible on the outside, ensuring privacy and professionalism throughout delivery.

Due to the nature of research peptides, we are unable to accept returns once products have left our facility.

If there is an issue with your order (such as damage or an incorrect item), please contact our support team immediately after delivery so we can review and resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Shipping

We ship from the Netherlands to all countries within the European Union. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Germany: 2-4 days
  • Netherlands & Belgium: 1–2 working days
  • France, Luxembourg, Austria: 2–4 working days
  • Spain, Italy, Portugal: 3–6 working days
  • Scandinavia (Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway): 4–7 working days
  • Other European countries: 5–10 working days, depending on location

Please note: Norway is not part of the EU, and local import duties or VAT may apply.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. For orders under €250, the following rates apply:

  • Germany: €9.95
  • Netherlands: €4.95
  • Belgium: €9.95
  • Other European countries: €14.95

Orders of €250 or more are shipped free of charge within the EU.

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email containing your track & trace link, allowing you to follow your delivery in real time.

In rare cases, delivery delays may occur due to the carrier or customs processing.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Yes. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason.

Returned products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Are there any exceptions?

Yes. For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or sterile products (such as injectables).
Products that are custom-made or specially assembled for you are also excluded from the right of withdrawal.

If you are unsure whether your product qualifies for return, please contact our support team before sending it back.

within 14 days of receiving your order, including:

  • Your name and order number
  • The products you wish to return
  • (Optional) The reason for return

After reviewing your request, we will send you return instructions and the next steps.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase price within 5 business days using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our side (such as an incorrect or defective product).

Please include clear photos of the product and the packaging so our support team can assess the issue quickly. We aim to resolve such cases as fast as possible, usually within 24 hours.
